About the Role: Business Consultant
As a Business Consultant at Cire Wealth, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through funding readiness, business structuring, and strategic growth. This role blends financial analysis, consulting, and relationship management with real impact.
What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive assessments of client financials, credit, operations, marketing, and risk

Identify gaps and opportunities to improve cash flow, profitability, and funding readiness

Develop customized strategic roadmaps leveraging CWAG services and lending partners

Guide clients through SBA and alternative lending programs

Oversee implementation and adjust strategies as business needs evolve

Maintain ongoing client relationships and deliver high-level strategic guidance

Collaborate with underwriting, credit, operations, marketing, and leadership teams

Support business development initiatives, including workshops, webinars, and partnerships
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
-
5+ years of experience in business consulting, financial advisory, or management consulting
-
Strong financial acumen (P&L analysis, cash flow management, financial ratios, funding readiness)
-
Hands-on experience with SBA loans, business funding, and credit evaluation
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
-
Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis tools, and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications​

Relevant certifications (CBAP, Life Insurance Agent, Entrepreneurial or Financial Certifications)

Established network within lending, credit, or business development ecosystems

Experience supporting small business owners, startups, or growth-stage companies

Familiarity with fintech platforms or emerging financial technologies
